12:00pm – Arrival - Grab a drink + glitter station open
12:15pm – Kick Off with Big D - Icebreakers, laughs, and setting the vibe
12:30pm – Expert Spotlights - Each guest speaker will have 10 minutes to present + 5 minutes Q&A:
